BrightTALK™ Media Zone is a hosted system for the creation, development, and management of large numbers of audio and video webcasts—live or recorded. Media Zone provides registration tools for running live events and tracking audience viewing histories and other viewer interactions within your zone (which contains all your previous webcasts).
Media Zone is a configurable webcast tool for enterprises that streamlines webcast development. Each Media Zone customer has a unique ‘zone’ where individual webcasts are created, developed, and managed. Webcasts are assembled from a variety of assets such as a video file, slides, documents, and votes. Assets are combined into a single webcast, with tabs to easily access the content selected.
Media Zone includes administration tools to manage access privileges for managers, editors, authors, reviewers, and presenters. There are also tools for configuring your own reports and exporting csv files containing webcasting results data.
Companies with significant in-house webcasting capabilities can use Media Zone as a self-service tool. Companies working with one of our service teams can use Media Zone as a shared resource between their team and ours.
