His responsibilities at that time were very strongly connected with the growth of large SAN infrastructures and focused on the professional services area of EMC in Germany. More recently he was appointed one of the technical leads for EMC in EMEA in line with its broader strategy.

Since 2009 he has served EMC as the Chief Presales Office leading the technical presales on a world-wide basis. EMC honoured him as a Distinguished Engineer in 2009 to take credit of his contribution leadership of the EMC technical community in the field and he was named EMEA CTO for EMC in 2010 help customers to transform into private cloud and advise and guide the executive sales management in EMEA in the technology side.
