BrightTALK provides a range of tools and support capabilities to help our clients and their customers achieve easy access to our services.

The minimum specification for viewing video and voice presentations is:

• Pentium Class CPU
• 64 Megabytes of RAM
• Minimum 800 by 600 resolution screen display
• Sound card with speakers or headphones
• A web browser supporting Javascript; 
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
  
  either:
  
• Windows Media Player 6.4 or higher; click here or
• Real Player 8.0 or higher. click here

Please Test your System to check that it satisfies these minimum specification.

Network Connection

You also need 100 kbps Internet connection or faster to get the best experience.

If you have successfully tested your system, have a sufficient Internet connection and you are still experiencing difficulties it maybe related to your company's firewall settings. Please see our Firewall Settings area for further assistance.
