Jonathan Armstrong qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales in 1991 and has specialised in technology and governance since 1996. The 2008 Legal Experts Report again featured Jonathan as one of the UK’s leading experts in the field. Jonathan’s practice is international and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the International Section of the New York State Bar Association. Jonathan is one of the co-authors of the LexisNexis definitive work on technology law ‘Managing Risk: Technology & Communications’. A regular broadcaster, Jonathan recently appeared on BBC News as their expert on the Walport Review. He has also written articles on technology and governance including: ‘The Companies Act 1985 and the Internet’ On Line In Print 1998; ‘Who Steals My Name’ ACC Docket June 2006; ‘Reputation: The New Agenda in Europe’ Metropolitan Corporate Counsel October 2007; ‘Modern leadership techniques hinder crisis management’ Computer Weekly July 2008.
