Gaining Added Benefit from Audits

Abstract: Lots is said about the costs and demands caused by audits and some businesses wonder whether the expense is worth the gain. There is however a wide field of added benefits to be gained for the audited business provided the audit is performed and promoted in the right spirit. This 45 minute webcast presents a range of hands-on examples that show how to perform the audit not just for the sake of "ticking a box". Each example demonstrates how the activity also is useful to the business as such, i.e. entirely independent of the audit.
