Case Study: Customer Engagement through Mobile Marketing
Mark has been sitting on the Direct Marketing Association's Mobile Marketing Council and as chair since March 2009. Using hands on experience Mark assists the council in promoting mobile as a marketing channel and to develop best practice guidelines for marketers. Mark has gained a reputation as an insightful and enthusiastic speaker at mobile industry conferences and events, as well as having an excellent track record of lecturing on mobile marketing for the Institute of Direct Marketing. Mark has also written a number of articles on mobile for marketing magazines such as Sales Promotion and My Customer and runs the blog Future of Mobile.
