ITIL v4? – What’s Next?
ITIL v3 was released approximately four years ago and since that time, technology has progressed rapidly with a prime example of this being the adoption of cloud computing and the impact of social networking. This interactive panel session looks at the gaps in ITIL v3 and suggests additional items that could be included in ITIL v4, or that at the very least should be considered as part of your current or future service management implementation.
