itSMF Serbia - Chapter Governance and Business Transformation

This is the first one of the coming itSMF Serbia webinars, to mark one year since the Chapter Launch Conference on the 10th of December 2008. The presentation will cover the Chapter current operations and ways of working, as well as its governance and needs for continual improvements to underpin the business transformation going forward. It will also touch on Chapter expectations from itSMF International with regard to an organisation blueprint and competency framework needed to achieve business success, cultural change and synergies across the community.
