Paul Cheesbrough, Chief Information Officer Paul Cheesbrough joined the Telegraph Media Group in October 2007 as Chief Information Officer. Paul is responsible for the organisation’s technology strategy, infrastructure, operations and web development teams. He joined from the BBC where he was the Controller of Digital Media. Prior to the BBC, Paul held a number of posts within IBM’s media division.
