ITIL a disturbing language
In this presentation we will be looking at the need of ITIL to build the service organization. But also the effect that has to the outside world. How the users can get to look at the service organization using ITIL, while this was not intended to be. Erik has been ITILing from 1992 as Change Manager, IT-manager and Service Desk Manager. Erik is a master in Information Management and MBA. He is co-author of 3 books, one being ITIL Practitioner Release and Control. He brings his experiences from The Netherlands (the #1 ITIL country) and USA.
