Meal Breaks and Other Hot Wage & Hour Issues in California
For this program, our speaker will provide attendees with new and pertinent information regarding many of the challenging wage and hour issues facing California employers. California is a hot bed for expensive wage and hour class action litigation and this program is designed to help employers spot the issues that give rise to these lawsuits and take steps to ensure that they are in compliance. The program will also provide an update on the primary wage and hour issues that the California Supreme Court will look at in 2010. Spring has been practicing labor and employment law in Northern California for almost twenty years. In his practice, Spring litigates employment and labor related disputes and provides advice and counsel to help ensure legal compliance. He has represented union and non-union employers of all sizes in a wide variety of industries throughout California. Spring also has represented a number of public figures, including professional athletes, politicians and prominent real estate developlers, in high-profile sexual harassment lawsuits.
