Though early in the year, it is clear that 2010 presents the potential for numerous changes in the field of labor and employment. Join Eric Dreiband for a preview of some of the possible developments from Washington in the upcoming year. This discussion will include issues pending in Congress, including EFCA, the Arbitration Fairness Act, and other pieces of legislation, as well as an overview of items to watch for at the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, and other federal agencies. Andrew Kramer represents employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. He negotiates collective bargaining agreements and provides counseling and advice on the development of employment and labor relations strategies for a broad group of employers across many industry lines.
