The Data Melting Pot - Computing in the Cloud
In this webcast we'll discuss the intricacies of data monitoring in the cloud, the need for succinct policy development, buy-in and roll-out prior to cloud utilisation, the importance of understanding what kind of data is created and used by whom and where, and lastly, compliance and reporting on usage and policy deviation. Becky Pinkard has had the pleasure of working in information technology since 1996 and has been in her current role with Barclays since June 2008. Becky was recruited by Barclays to develop the global monitoring programme with the goal of supplying real-time alerting of critical security and data leakage events to the Bank’s remediation programme and in turn, providing risk information for the Threat and Vulnerability Management Lifecycle decision-making process.
