PS-PREP Overview: What is it and Why is it important?
The Department of Homeland Security is selecting a Business Continuity standard to recommend for the Voluntary Private Sector Preparedness Accreditation and Certification Programs (PS-PREP). The DHS has adopted three private sector standards for the PS-Prep program: BS 25999, ASIS SPC. 1-2009, and NFPA 1600. This webinar will provide an overview of PS-Prep, and it will discuss the progress of the accreditation by ANAB. Finally the webinar will discuss how an organization can prepare for certification.
