EMC honoured him as a Distinguished Engineer in 2009 to take credit of his contribution leadership of the EMC technical community in the field and he was named EMEA CTO for EMC in 2010 help customers to transform into private cloud and advise and guide the executive sales management in EMEA in the technology side.

    Dr. Markus Pleier has a degree in Computer Science and holds a PhD. in Medicine for Image Handling and Manipulation Algorithms.
