As cloud computing has moved beyond the conceptual stage of market development, enterprise cloud computing is picking up speed. The benefits of cloud computing to reduce costs and increase efficiency are too hard to ignore. This is particularly true in times of economic distress; enterprise customers are challenged to set priorities straight. Although the economic value of cloud computing is instrumental in creating the disciplines required to properly move IT resources and applications into the cloud, will cloud computing be a part of the growth story for both service providers and enterprise customers in 2010?
