Netwrix, a cybersecurity vendor that makes data security easy, announced the acquisition of New Net Technologies (NNT), a software manufacturer that provides change, configuration, vulnerability and asset management solutions. 
This addition to the Netwrix product portfolio will further help customers improve identification and protection against cybersecurity threats. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
