Join America First Credit Union (AFCU) and HP Gold Partner Greenlight Group to discuss AFCU’s journey to Service Anywhere, Hewlett Packard’s newest ITSM SaaS offering. As part of their migration from their current Help Desk solution, AFCU has implemented Request, Incident, and other internal processes into Service Anywhere – with more processes planned for deployment.

Integrations to the HP UCMDB, HP Operations Orchestration for task automation, Live Support for centralized ticketing, Active Directory (AD) via LDAP, and others will be discussed as part of this presentation.
