This webcast provide the first quarterly update to the DTZ Fair Value Index™ , which was launched in August 2010 and is the first ever forward looking global commercial property value index.

The Index offers investors insight into the relative attractiveness of current pricing in prime office, retail and industrial property markets across Europe, Asia Pacific and the US, based on DTZ Research’s extensive forecasting coverage of 180 global markets.

This update will show which Asia Pacific markets have become hotter, colder or stayed the same, based on our latest quarterly forecasts.
