This webinar will provide an overview of the important optimization steps to be taken into consideration when developing a cell-based assay to test the effects of chemical compounds. Consideration will be given to assay formats ranging from single molecule evaluations all the way through to high-throughput screening of libraries comprising a million compounds or more. The material is intended to serve as an introduction to cell-based assays, and is intended for those with little or no experience in the field.
