For MBTI Step I practitioners. The MBTI Step I assessment provides an excellent foundation for both individual and team Development Journeys. However, MBTI is sometimes criticised for being too general and broad brush, when in fact the MBTI framework has a great deal more to offer. Step II uncovers the unique individual behind each whole type, explaining differences between two people with the same four-letter type, and identifying overlaps between individuals with different overall preferences.
