In his current BPE role, John is responsible for designing and implementing the standard process for software entitlement and license management in Philips. He has built and grown a cross-functional network of subject matter experts within Philips to capture requirements, evaluate process design changes, implement integrations between Sentinel and Philips ìhome-grownî and vendor managed systems, and to review and validate developed functional changes related to software entitlements and licensing.
