Opening Keynote - Making Cognitive Wellbeing a Reality
Notifications on our devices and self-interruptions redirect our attention thousands of times every day. Multitasking is correlated with worse cognition and wellbeing (for example, the effects of multitasking have been quantified as losing 10 IQ points). This plays an important role on how alert and vital the digital workers are against social engineering attacks.
In this presentation, we introduce the concept of Cognitive Wellbeing and ways in which it can be captured and managed in a privacy-preserving way.
