About this talk

Full Title: Orthogonal Measures of Lentiviral Particle Attributes Using DLS, NTA, and Micro Flow Cytometry Orthogonal Measures of Lentiviral Particle Attributes Using DLS, NTA, and Micro Flow Cytometry.  Lentiviral vectors are used in multiple cell and gene therapy programs, both ex vivo and in vivo.  During production, enveloped lentiviral particles are produced along with other membrane bound particles that may or may have similar proteins content and other properties.  Throughout the production, purification, formulation and storage of these products, monitoring the quantity, size distribution, charge, and protein content can be helpful.  There are many different instruments and methodologies that facilitate these analyses, such as Dynamic Light Scattering, Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis, Flow Virometry, and protein analysis by ELISA and Western Blot.  This talk will cover the utility of using these and other analytical methods to assist product developers who seek to implement robust processes that reproducibly produce high quality products.
