  • Taking The Pain Out Of User Provisioning Recorded: Dec 9 2015 45 mins
    Donna Horton and Russell Smith
User provisioning is one of those tasks that many administrators detest. Not only does it take a significant amount of time to setup a new user, but it also takes time to assign all the permissions a user needs, especially when multiple applications need to be configured as well. Once that’s all setup, then you have to email out confirmations, deal with exceptions, and hope that you’ve crossed every t and dotted all of your i’s.

In this webinar, you will learn:

*How to avoid the common pitfalls of user provisioning.
*How to optimize your user provisioning process.
*How to work with error and exception handling.
*How to automate common tasks and reduce number of emails sent.

The solutions we will cover will take into account being highly fault-tolerant, mindful of high performance, and assurance that your data will be available when you need it.

    Ken Shaw, Founder/CEO
Businesses of all sizes are creating incredible amounts of irreplaceable data and depend on the availability of their systems to keep their business up and running. There are no exceptions.

Discover how emerging DRaaS solutions are challenging traditional DR methods by delivering affordable, simple, and secure methods to failover business apps within 15 minutes.

    At this webcast you will:

-Understand the trade-offs of current DR methods
-Learn about Disaster Recovery as a Service
-Discover the five questions you have to ask potential DRaaS solution providers

John O'Neill Sr. (Petri IT Knowledgebase)
Keeping tabs on changes to Active Directory can be a challenge for even the most experienced IT administrator. From auditing privileged user activity, tracking privileged group access, to monitoring changes to the structure of your AD forest, staying on top of these developments can consume lots of IT resources. Throw in the additional security risk of outside elements trying to get access to your IT infrastructure, and the need to keep on top of anything that goes on in AD is a must.

In this 45 minute webinar, Microsoft MVP and Petri IT Knowledgebase Contributing Editor John O’Neill Sr. will help you identity some primary AD auditing headaches and present some tips and advice on how to manage them. Nick Cavalancia from Netwrix Corporation will join to discuss what tools are available to help address these headaches and reveal how Netwrix Auditor can help manage AD changes, and both speakers will be on hand after the presentation to field questions from attendees.

  • Real-world Exchange Load Balancing: Graduating from NLB Recorded: Nov 13 2013 52 mins
    J. Peter Bruzzese
With each flavor of Exchange, from legacy versions (2007/2010) to the current 2013 flavor, enhancements make it possible to maintain greater availability. But because load balancing the traffic and preparing for an availability issue requires more than what Exchange offers out of the box, some administrators have attempted to rely on DNS round-robin or Windows Network Load Balancing, which is fine… in a lab. In this webinar, Exchange MVP J. Peter Bruzzese will take you through some of the enhancements we’ve seen to Exchange over the years and dive into where load balancing on an enterprise level requires an enterprise-grade load balancing solution, hardware-based or virtual (yes, even with Exchange 2013… contrary to popular belief). Toward the end, J. Peter will review with the audience load balancing options for Microsoft Exchange from Kemp Technologies. He’ll explain a bit about the company and review the features relating to Exchange available through the Kemp Technologies LoadMaster product line.
