After four-and-a-half years of negotiations the dust has now settled on Brexit and its impact on design and trademark protection in the UK and EU—or has it? Or just the beginning of the end? on December 16 at 3pm GMT/ 10am ET will provide an overview of what has been agreed on the protection of designs and trademarks in the UK and EU after the UK’s departure from the EU.
