About this talk

Verizon has announced its universal customer premises equipment (uCPE) offering to “expand the range of choices available to our customers, accelerate the enterprise transformation to cloud based architectures, and increase the agility of organizations to respond to market challenges.” Sounds good, but what does uCPE really mean? How to you implement it to realize the true value of network functions virtualization (NFV)? This webinar will explain what uCPE is, and how Verizon was able to work with their supplier partners to create an open and multi-vendor system for rapid deployment of services. It will also cover some of the challenges the team addressed, as well as the big benefits that Verizon customers are already seeing.
