About this talk

Edge-native applications are cloud-like applications that can be deployed in a range of locations varying from Road-side-units and on-premises (on-prem) to Telco and Co-lo Data centres (POPs). Each configuration has its own security challenge. Solving this problem on their own by application developers and solution vendors will result in a high barrier to entry, slowing down the ecosystem growth. This talk gives an outline of key security challenges and how infrastructure security problems for edge native solutions can be solved using an open platform such as Intel® Smart Edge Open. Presenter: - Anurag Ranjan, Cloud Solution Architect with Intel® Smart Edge Open team, and Product Manager for Intel® Smart Edge Open Security and Intel® Smart Edge Open Secure Access Service Edge Experience Kit
