About this talk

A Cloud Service Agreement (CSA) represents a contract between a cloud service provider and its customer. CSAs define the services offered, their cost, various terms and conditions, and (in the “Service Level Agreement” document) the guarantees of measurable levels of service. An agreed upon list of what a CSA should contain doesn't currently exist. However, the Object Management Group's (OMG) Cloud Working Group aims to fix this by recommending a standard yet modifiable template. This webinar will feature OMG’s recently published Proposal for a Standard Cloud Service Agreement Template. Attendees will learn how they can leverage this document to compare proposals from multiple providers and how to provide feedback as OMG “socializes” the document in 2023 while it considers converting it to a formal standard.
