How changes in specialist lending markets represents opportunities for advisers

Affordability remains a key focus for intermediaries and lenders, whether this be due to a change in employment patterns, higher costs of borrowing, continued pressure of the cost of living, or a combination of all three. Hear how the market and lenders are likely to adapt in 2024.

The Mortgage Climate Action Group (MCAG) is a collaborative, non-commercial industry initiative led by the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries set up to help industry navigate the net zero transition. The Climate is Changing, Should You?
