Celebrating International Women’s Day – Inspiring stories from L&G colleagues

In recognition of International Women’s Day, the Club will be hosting a panel featuring a cross-section of inspiring women from across the business’s Retail division. These women will share their own experiences and stories of being women in the workplace, looking at the challenges they have faced and overcame, how they have balanced motherhood and career aspirations, their encounters with gender bias, as well as their thoughts on the current state of gender equality and what still needs to be done in the future.
