In 2019, the UK government set a target to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions across the whole UK by 2050. This commitment means we have 30 years to completely decarbonise the economy.
There are about 30 million buildings in the UK, responsible for around 30% of our national emissions. The vast majority of these emissions result from heating: 79% of buildings emissions and about 23% of all UK emissions.

Join our webinar to understand the direction of change, the current proposals and what these mean to lenders, brokers and our customers, the property owners.
