It is sometimes difficult to believe that there is still an issue with gender equality in the UK. The issue is rising on the Government’s agenda though and it has been announced that companies of a certain size will be compelled to make public the pay levels of their employees. But is enough being done or is any legislation that aims to exert further governmental control over business a bad idea?
