About this talk

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) has become a business priority and for good reason. Many organisations have statements in support of diversity but can your organisation truly be inclusive without considering its neurodiverse population? It is estimated that more than 15% of the population is neurodiverse, with conditions such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and autism. With the current climate indicating a war on talent, not only are organisations missing out on talent, organisations are also at risk of losing that diversity of thought without being neurodiversity aware. Join us for this webinar and hear from Senior People Scientist Stephanie Kukoyi, as she discusses the importance of neurodiverse talent, the barriers faced by those with neurodiverse conditions and the steps to fostering an inclusive environment
