Her specialities include business psychology, change management and business process improvement. Jessica is a business psychologist with over 15+ years of experience working in HR. She has a Master of Science (MSc) in Occupational Psychology and a Diploma in Business Management. She is currently working with Culture Amp, the leading People & Culture Platform helping companies take action to improve employee engagement, retention and performance. Questions For Jessica Include: - Tell us about the research on DEI in partnership with Censuswide - Just from your perspective at Culture Amp,  just cover off the very basics for us. What is DE&I ? - I know there's a lot of data from your research. But just at the highest level, what's the sort of the headline finding from the research, would you say?  - And your research highlights some worrying insights in relation to discrimination. First, tell us what you found there. - And you said at the top that part of the research you did, you surveyed HR Practitioners but also looked at employees at large as well. How does all of this impact the employee perception of DEI in their workplace? - In the research you also looked at the representation of marginalised groups as part of this work, as sort of all levels of the organisation. What did you find there?
