About this talk

Data can play a central role in an organization’s key technology initiatives, but it can be a blocker to innovation if it’s inaccessible. California State University wanted to harness existing data across its 20+ campuses to create a centralized view of its data and provide real-time analysis to help improve students' academic experience. To support a data initiative of this magnitude, the university focused on a DataOps strategy that streamlined the application delivery pipeline and helped the quickly migrate to a flexible cloud architecture. Watch to learn how: • CSU rapidly provisions self-service, secure data for development and test teams—helping dramatically improve release cycle times and reduce data-related errors. • With a unified view of data across its campuses, the university can use its data to deliver innovation faster.
