Marcus will look at how property company earnings are expected to be impacted (or not) across a broad range of sub-sectors in the UK and continental Europe. He will outline his belief that this is not a balance sheet issue for property companies (with a couple of notable exceptions) but much more of an earnings hiatus. He will also give his views on how potential changes to consumer and corporate behaviour (post pandemic) may affect demand for real estate assets.
