About this talk

More than 86% of organizations have embarked on a zero trust initiative; however, only 2% consider themselves mature across all zero trust pillars. Why the disconnect? On the road towards zero trust maturity, where are organizations spinning their wheels and where are the easiest on-ramps to progress? To answer these questions, we take a deep dive into what drives zero trust outcomes. Using data from Cisco’s 2023 Security Outcomes Report, we’ll examine what leaders see as most impactful in terms of making zero trust progress. Whether these outcomes include reducing incidents, improving user experience or building resilience, applying zero trust across multiple pillars - identity, devices, networks, and automation and orchestration - remains a winning strategy. Join Cisco Duo and ISC2 on 23 January 2024 at 1:00 p.m. GMT when we discuss: • Increasing adoption of zero trust controls beyond MFA for a few apps • Prioritising which use cases to focus on next (e.g., network segmentation, micro-segmentation) • Leveraging automation and orchestration technologies like XDR and SOAR to respond to changes in trust
