Unified Communications UC simplifies and integrates all forms of communications Unified Communications unites telephone systems, legacy PBX and IP-PBX systems, Internet and voice mail with the productivity tools people use every day such as E-mail, Instant messaging, Microsoft Office and more, allowing users to make decisions on how to communicate with each other, based on the detailed presence status of the person or people they want to contact. The goal is to reduce the time, cost and frustration associated with the unnecessary delays in decision making by bringing together all the tools of communication we use, in order to streamline the communication process, improve productivity and reduce a lot of the costs in today’s business environment.
