About this talk

The car driving experience has evolved from manual to automatic to autonomous. Now there’s near-zero touch data center infrastructure with autonomous capabilities that make deployment and lifecycle management of VMware virtual data centers an easier, faster and even safer experience. See how autonomous infrastructure provides the physical agility for vCenter to deliver clusters-on-demand for new production applications, use-and-burn test/dev scenarios, and for rapidly migrating physical assets from under-utilized clusters to those experiencing peak demand. This automated infrastructure may be the easiest way to deliver VDI to remote users requiring access to key applications. The new Dell EMC PowerOne autonomous infrastructure system underpins VMware by combining the automation and cloud-consumption advantages of hyperconverged systems with the data services and independent-scaling advantages of traditional three-tiered infrastructure. An API-driven self-serve UI will be demonstrated. This new system is an ideal way deliver VDI to remote users requiring access to critical applications while optimizing their performance, availability and data protection. Agenda: • PowerOne Overview • PowerOne Controller Demo • Q & A
