This session will provide an introduction to how the Financial Ombudsman Service operates, an overview of how organisations interact with it and how we handle complaints referred to our service.
It will be delivered by John Wightman and Sarah Conway, two experienced Ombudsman Leaders at the Financial Ombudsman who specialise in consumer credit. There will be an opportunity to ask questions towards the end.
