「クリーンラベル」は消費者によって支持、牽引されてきたトレンドです。したがって消費者の「認識、要求、期待」についてより深く理解し、知識を得る事が非常に重要です。イングレディオンは2011年から継続的に独自の消費者意識調査を行っており、本ウェビナーではこの結果を公開、消費者意識の動向を明らかにします。 また、消費者のクリーンラベルのニーズに応える為の外食産業の取り組みもレポート、食品メーカーや外食産業の方の分析/行動のヒントとなるような情報をご提供します。 Clean label do not have an official or legal definition. Clean label is driven by consumers and therefore it is of great importance to have in-depth understanding and knowledge about consumers’ perception, demand and expectation of clean label. Since 2011, Ingredion has started a global clean label consumer insights research program so as to cultivate our expertise in this area. Early this year, we launched another research program to understand how food service operators are evolving to meet the clean label demand from consumers. In this webinar, we aim to highlight key findings from both research programs which will provide great insights for food manufacturers and operators.
