On average, women hold 47% of entry-level jobs. In tech, this number is significantly lower - only 37% of the entry-level jobs are offered to women. How do we recruit more women in tech, and once they are on a tech career path, how do we retain them?

During this talk, Brenda Piazza will share her 25+ years of experience as woman in technology, her challenges in being in a male dominant leadership position, overcoming obstacles, achieving success, and finding ways to recruit and retain more talented technology women in your organization.
