About this talk

Caladero is a company that produces and distributes packaged fresh fish, and operates nationally in Spain, supplying thousands of stores daily. The implementation of IoT in their factory has allowed them to gain total control over everything that happens in their production lines, enabling them to predict possible delays in orders and machine failures. Using innovative technologies such as digital twins has not only allowed them to gain agility and quality in their orders, but has also significantly reduced their costs by being able to estimate the necessary supply thanks to the data they receive from the platform.
