Pain is not always obvious, but the ability to asses and determine if you can improve a customer’s issues is truly solution selling. You will learn: 1.Build genuine rapport. 2.Conversational questioning. 3.When and how to dig deep. 4.Assess if a pain is an individual, departmental, or organizational issue. 5.How to include your findings into your solution and presentation to improve buy-in.
