Monday Morning Sales Rally - Episode 14

Presented by

Deb Calvert, The People Engagement Expert

About this talk

The one with the hellos. We're all working in a global economy. Global markets require global strategies. And global strategies require cross-cultural competencies to ensure strong sales productivity rates. Mergers and acquisitions may have you working with folks who are based in other nations (or have a different workplace culture!). Remote Sites or remote support may give you colleagues from around the world. Covid-19 safety measures may mean that you're working remotely and now able to meet virtually with customers outside your former (smaller) geographic territory. Your customers have their own Coronavirus protection measures in place, too, so they may be bringing employees from other places into your meetings. For all these reasons and more, it's smart to find and use collaborative business tools that make every conversation better. It's good sales strategy to understand cultural differences. Sales training, sales coaching, and sales enablement may not get to the HOW even if they are explaining the why and setting expectations around this. To fill in the blanks, you need a great resource, and we're going to point you toward one in this episode of the Monday Morning Sales Rally. You'll also get a great sales tip from Nicola D'Amato. He's also "bringing the donuts" (because every Monday morning meeting is better with donuts!). And Steve Benson of Badger Maps has a GREAT offer for everyone in field sales! Join the Monday Morning Sales Rally every week to: + Wake Up and get motivated for a week of selling success! + Take Up the mantle of leadership to engage your buyers + Shake Up the status quo for continual, incremental improvement + Break Up with bad habits, stale leads, and time-sucking tasks. + Make Up your mind about what to focus on so you can make things happen
