Successful sales professionals must be chameleons. This requires skills in building rapport and creating relationships with a multitude of personalities and people from different backgrounds. The outstanding sales pro must remove bias and blindspots to perform multiple tasks like setting appointments, conducting meaningful conversations, helping clients buy and closing sales. This workshop will guide participants to become more aware of their own unconscious bias and replace with empathy to close more business.
