Agile: Making It Stick

Many organisations have invested heavily in becoming ‘agile’, but many are left feeling unsatisfied, not seeing the business value they had expected and feeling that things haven’t really changed that much. Initiating change - and making it stick - in a large organisation is hard. It’s easy to make the mistake of focusing solely on technology and team level changes, while leaving the rest of the organisation unchanged. More often than not, the old way of working wins out and changes don’t materialise.
