LeAnn Helmrich, Manager, Customer Insights, Verizon - LeAnn has extensive experience in uncovering marketing insights over the past 25+ years, including quantitative and qualitative methodologies on both the vendor and client side. She has specialized in the tech sector, specifically covering the B2B audience for the majority of that time. She spent 7 years at Intel, leading the Voice of the Customer team for the bulk of that time. Her years on the vendor side with Walker Research, CRI and Vision Critical have allowed her to gain exposure to a wide variety of methodologies.
Tom Hessel, Associate Fellow, Network Design, Verizon - Tom is an Associate Fellow in Verizon’s Global Network and Technology business group and is the Lead Architect responsible for the strategy, planning, design, supervision and risk mitigation of highly scalable solutions to support Verizon’s Global Unified Communications business objectives. Tom has been with Verizon for 23 years, holds a patent (US Patent - 9,398,155) and has been a speaker at Cisco Live. Tom is recognized within the company and the outside community as a thought leader serving as a consultant to industry standards bodies.
