The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the federal government’s provision of telehealth services through the dramatic acceleration of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) technology and services, say Connected Care leaders. The Department of Veteran’s Affairs is ready: As the earliest to adopt and largest provider of telehealth services in the nation, VA has unique insight into the challenges and opportunities available to those already deploying, and those soon to deploy telehealth services to their patients.
